With Nike Foundation and the World Bank, created a $20M partnership with the Nike Foundation to promote the transition of girls from school to productive employment through innovative interventions that are tested, and then scaled-up or replicated (Afghanistan, Haiti, Jordan, Lao PDR, Liberia, Nepal, Rwanda and South Sudan)—developed cash-transfer mechanisms which reduced drop-out rates by 80%
